safe, nonjudgmental space. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs,

offering opportunities to notice patterns, develop self-awareness,

and explore strategies for navigating emotions and experiences.

About Tabitha

My professional path includes a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a degree in Nutrition and Food, and experience as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in human resources, recruitment, and hospitality. These experiences allow me to bring a holistic perspective into the therapy room, particularly around workplace stress, life transitions, and the connection between mind, body, and well-being.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is sitting with people as they reconnect with their sense of self, reflect on what matters most, and bring greater awareness into their daily lives. I value curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, and I see therapy as an opportunity to meet each client with openness and respect.

A Holistic Perspective

With experience in human resources, nutrition, and hospitality, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy, considering the full context of each person’s life. The process offers space to explore challenges, consider new perspectives, and experiment with strategies for coping with stress and life’s complexities.

Areas of Focus

I work with adults and couples navigating a variety of experiences, including anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. I also support clients in exploring workplace and corporate stress, including pressures around work-life balance and career changes.

Each person’s story is unique, and sessions are shaped around individual needs and circumstances.

What You Can Expect

Two green leaves connected by stems, symbolizing growth, balance, and mindfulness in therapy

In therapy, you can expect space to slow down, notice patterns, and reflect on your experiences in a supportive environment. Some clients use this time to explore difficult emotions, while others focus on transitions, relationships, or personal growth. You may discover new perspectives, experiment with strategies, or strengthen your ability to connect with yourself and others.
