Mindfulness
Mindfulness practice invites you to slow down and notice your experiences in the present moment. By bringing attention to thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations as they arise, sessions provide opportunities to explore awareness and the mind-body connection.
Therapeutic Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to each person.
You may find yourself exploring the roots of challenges, experimenting with coping strategies, or reflecting on your patterns and relationships. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and self-compassion practices.
My work emphasizes the mind-body connection, presence in the moment, and self-reflection as ways to deepen understanding and support growth. Sessions are client-centered, flexible, and grounded in a calm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment.
